Little Gem Salad
I can't believe this is the first time I've been to Nopa.  I've always heard such great things about it, and I walk by it all the time, but didn't go until recently when we realized they were open and serving food until 1:00 am.  I have to admit, I wasn't as impressed with the food as I thought.  For example, I am a huge fan for any dish that has corn in it, especially some good corn on the cob.  Unfortunately, the corn, pictured below, looks much better than it actually was.  I don't think it's terrible, by any means, just wasn't the flavor I was hoping for.  The Little Gem salad, on the other hand, was delicious.  It was was served with a ranch type dressing, but was still very light and refreshing.  The Sweet Corn Tortellini was fantastic! In case you couldn't tell, I almost forget to take a picture of it because we ate it too quickly.  Burger was tasty, but nothing to write home about.  The actual restaurant is a great spot, good vibe, and an excellent wine list.  Located on Divisadero in Hayes Valley.
