If you're a fan of Burmese food, then you've probably heard of Burma Superstar in the city.  And if you've been to Burma Superstar, then you probably know that it's pretty damn good.  Well, Mingalaba blows Burma Superstar out of the water.  Their Tea Leaf Salad doesn't even compare.  Their pan fried string beans and tofu (bare with me) is so tasty, you will never look at tofu the same way.  The great thing about Mingalaba is that it's a cross between Burmese and Mandarin so you get the best of both worlds.  Everything on this menu is basically amaaaaazing (said like Penny from Happy Endings), so feel free to order anything.  BUT, the tea leaf salad is an absolute MUST!!  Location: Burlingame, CA
