Curry up now is the modern day Indian food. This place actually started off as a food truck in San Francisco and eventually opened their first restaurant in San Mateo. Now, they have a total of 3 locations: San Mateo, San Francisco, and Palo Alto. Most of the items on their menu are unique and much different than a traditional Indian restaurant. Must try the deconstructed samosa, sexy fries, naughty naan, and the tikka masala burrito.

The Tikka Masala burrito is one of my favorites. It's pretty spicy so if you're not into that, then this might not be the best option for you. If you do decide to order this, be sure to ask for a side of yogurt and chutney. If you don't, it's like eating a burrito without salsa--weird! Also, if the burrito is too spicy, the yogurt tones it down while adding a nice flavor.
